Each user is responsible for his/her posts, signature and avatar. Think before you post. Besides making sure that your post complies to the rules, also remember that what you post here becomes public for the whole internet to see and react on. Be especially careful when it comes to posting personal details and photos.

Be nice to each other. Be social. Show that humankind has really entered the third millenium. The list below is not extensive, it should be considered the limit. A post within the below rules but beyond normal decency will have the full attention of the mod/admin team and may still be reason for us to take action upon. These rules were written in order to keep the forums a fun place to post and express ideas, with a relaxed and open attitude. Although these rules are written, it should be noted that the intent of the rules will be enforced, the exact wording is simply the manner of communicating that intent.

Always contact an administrator or moderator if you are unsure about anything regarding the forum and the rules. We will do our best to answer your questions and help you out.

And keep in mind... PARTICIPATING ON THIS FORUM IS A PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT.


~ Admin

Registration rules:

Breaking the registration rules will cause your account to be removed. If you have problems with your account, notify an admin.

* Register only to join this forum. Registering in order to advertise your site or for commerical purposes will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal of the account.
* Don't make multiple accounts. If you are banned, do not re-register.

Username rules:

If your username breaks any of the following rules you will have to change it. If you are dissatisfied with your name, you can also have it changed. Simply append your request to the Name Change Thread.

* Your username should not be offensive.
* Your username should not be misguiding.

Posting rules:

Threads or posts breaking any of the following rules will be closed and eventually removed. You will get one warning, and the second time you break the rules you will be temporarily or permanently banned from the forum. Besides breaking the rules, not following mod notes and not respecting warnings have the same consequences.


General
* Post in the appropriate section of the forum. Each section has a description that says what you can post there.
* Don't create new threads for already existing topics. Use the search function.
* This is a Spanish-speaking forum, please speak Spanish unless posting in a Local Club.
* Do not spam. (Excessive posting, posts with no substance)
* When posting a series of pictures, post only one or two as an image and post the rest as links or thumbnails. This helps pages loading quick even for forumers with slow connection.

Respect your fellow forumers
* Do not make threads or posts to personally attack/insult others (forum members/groups).
* Being personally attacked does not give you the right to counterattack; the previously stated rule will be applied. If you feel harrassed, contact a moderator / administrator. We will have a look at the situation as quickly as possible.
* Avoid using foul language, and never use it towards another forumer.
* Giving out personal information or pictures of other forum users or other people without their permission will not be tolerated and will be dealt with harshly.

Copyrighted material
* Do not post links to CD rips or unreleased songs (Timbiriche or other artists) here. Self-recorded concert material, fanmade remixes and youtube videos are okay.
* Do not post links to any copyrighted material.

Disturbing material
* Do not engage in any form of harassment or offensive behavior, including but not limited to the posting of communications, pictures, videos or audio recordings which contain libelous, slanderous, abusive or defamatory statements, or racist, pornographic, homophobic, obscene, or offensive language or images. This includes discrimination, defined as Treatment or consideration based on class or category rather than individual merit; partiality or prejudice (from: The American Heritage(R) Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition)
* Pornography, be it visual or written, as well as linking to websites of pornographic nature, is off limits. Posts that conflict with this rule will lead to the post being edited to remove the material in question.

Forum feedback
* Discussing mod action or your opinion on the moderators/administrators on the forum is forbidden, send a PM to an admin/moderator if you need clarification. If you have a problem with a moderator, please contact one of the administrators through PM. Comments / suggestions to the moderators/administrators are to be done through PM (or email) only. The team, at their discretion, may decide to start public debate if it is in the interest of the subject under discussion.


Basic posting tips: Only create a new thread if the topic hasn't been discussed before. Use the search function to find the correct thread to post in. Before posting, preview your post and read it through to make sure you express yourself in a respectful manner. Also remember that you always can edit your post, if in hindsight you want to change anything that you posted.

PM rules:
Breaking the PM rules will give you one warning, and if breaken again a temporary or permanent ban.

* Do not harass or threat others by PM. If you feel harrassed, contact a moderator/administrator. We will have a look at the situation as quickly as possible.
